Files shared through Speedy Share are temporarily stored on our servers for a maximum of 30 minutes while the share session is active. After 30 minutes, all files are automatically deleted from our servers and cannot be recovered.
Speedy Share is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We are not responsible for any data loss, security breaches, or other damages arising from the use of our service. Users are solely responsible for the content they share and the security of their devices.
You agree not to use Speedy Share for any unlawful purposes or to share any content that violates the rights of others. Any misuse of the service may result in immediate termination of access.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Speedy Share after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
